Jenny Nilsson

I have painted in oils on and off since I was 12, I am now 37 and am enjoying painting more then ever. I`m from a small village in Sweden, but have lived in Leicester for about 15 years. I mostly paint from images in my head or photos I take, whats important for me to make painting free flowing and enjoyable is choosing subjects that I feel a strong connection with at that time. Lately I have done a series of paintings, all featuring trees, some of them are exhibited in a couple of bars/restaurants in Leicester, and also in one of the main reception halls at The Royal Infirmary.
