Borislav Jovanovic

Borislav Jovanovic was born 13th December 1959 in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. He studied at the Academy of Art in Sarajevo. He moved to Herceg Novi, Montnegro in 2001, where he works now. He’s had many exhibitions in the former Yugoslavia and sells his paintings all over the world.

Borislav has named his style “A little bit realistic, but always in imagination”. In Serbian the acronym for this style is PRUM, and the one who follows it is a prumist. He makes his paintings in the name of God and his son Jesus Christ. Borislav celebrates his life as a god’s gift. He believes the art will help in the process of creating a better world – the future paradise.
